【基本のお料理】あんかけニラ玉の作り方【簡単】

【材料】
・ニラ 1/2束
・卵 3~4個
・塩、胡椒 少々

・ごま油(炒め用) 適量

・水 200ml
・醤油 大さじ1.5
・酒 大さじ1.5
・砂糖 小さじ2
・鶏ガラスープの素 小さじ1/2
・片栗粉 小さじ1.5
・水 大さじ1
・ごま油 小さじ1


【準備】
・ニラの先の方は2cmくらいに、根本に近づくにつれ細かめに刻む


【作り方】
1. よく溶いた卵に刻んだニラ・塩・胡椒を入れてよく混ぜる
2. ごま油小さじ2~大さじ1くらいを熱したフライパンに流し、かき混ぜながら中火で加熱する
3. 半熟感が残っている状態でボウル(卵を溶いたやつでOK)に取り出し、フライパンを綺麗にする
4. 再びごま油小さじ2くらいを熱し、ニラ玉を戻してヘラで円形に形を整えながら中火で焼く
5. 片面焼き色がついたらお皿に取り出し、フライパンを綺麗にする
6. 水200ml・醤油大さじ1.5・酒大さじ1.5・砂糖小さじ2・鶏ガラスープの素小さじ1/2を入れて火にかける
7. 時々混ぜながら中火くらいで加熱し、沸騰したらいったん火を止める
8. 片栗粉小さじ1.5・水大さじ1で作った水溶き片栗粉をまわし入れる
9. よく混ぜてから再び中火にかけ、混ぜながらとろみが付くまで加熱する
10. 火を止めてごま油小さじ1を混ぜ、ニラ玉にかけたら出来上がり

1.Add the minced chives, salt and pepper into the well beaten egg and mix well.
2.Pour about 2 teaspoons to 1 tablespoon of sesame oil into a heated frying pan, and heat over medium heat while stirring.
3.Take it out into a bowl (Beat the egg.) while it is still half-done. Clean the pan.
4.Heat about 2 teaspoons of sesame oil again, put the chive balls back in and cook it over medium-heat while shaping it into a round shape with a spatula.
5.Once one side has browned, take it out onto a plate and clean the frying pan.
6.Add 200 ml of water, 1.5 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1.5 tablespoons of sake, 2 teaspoons of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of chicken stock powder and heat it.
7.Heat it over a medium heat while mixing it from time to time. Turn the heat off once it boils.
8.Evenly pour in the potato starch dissolved in water made with 1.5 teaspoons of potato starch and 1 tablespoon of water.
9.Mix it well then turn it to medium-heat again. Heat it while mixing until it thickens.
10.Turn the heat off and mix in 1 teaspoon of sesame oil. Pour it on the chive and it will be complete.
